Sanctuaries are highly classified locations where arcanists are free to use their gifts.

Containment Protocols

1. All travel in or out of the sanctuaries must be approved and requires a team of Relocation Specialists to accompany the travelers in and out of the facilities.

2. No roads, maps, or official government documents exist connected to the facilities.

3. Trespassing is a terminal offense.
